ive played with Brits in FPS games over the years and love rollin with you boys. always fun competitive nature and **** talk between us "yanks" and you. mainly i love the accent and most of you guys seem to love mine. aluminum! heh!

yeah w/e your benchmark is at you can prob add a couple hundred, it helps if it wasnt in windowed mode.

anyone know how man cpus the game utilizes?

If you mean cores, I caught it running on all four of my quad core.

Yeah i was watching my core performance and they were all being utilized, but really not to full. i got low scores but i was not maxing out at all. at high i never got above 70 percent spikes and ran on average around 40% usage across the board.

same with my memory not getting very taxed.

To me, that sounds like the problem is with your graphics card. If your other hardware isn't be fully utilised but your score is low then you probably have a weak link.

my graphics card is like a GeForce 9800 GTX. its only one so perhaps ill drop in another...

There a good thread on BG that has dozens of people's benchmark scores as well as their computer specs. Might give those who are planning on building a PC some decent guidelines.

Apparently CPU seems to be the main factor for high scores on low settings.

Hmm 761..that is definitely not good...

I have Vista home premium on a year old dell studio 1555 laptop with an intel core 2 duo cpu 2.4 ghz, 4gb of ram, 130 gb free space, and a 64 bit os. My graphics card is an ati mobility radeon hd 4570 and all my drivers are up to date. anyone have any idea what the problem could be and how i could fix it? i REALLY wanna play this game. my internet connection has been kinda awful lately so perhaps that is contributing..

my opinion is your problem lies in Vista ;) vista is awefully slow and sloppy =( upgrading to Win7 or downgrading to win xp will prbably get you a few hundred points more :)
