I completly missed this when i first looked, i did a double take with lots of blinking and i was like what...really? Hummm well its not the first thing to do this but it would be nice an' all but i think i'll probably laugh my ass off if i see big boobed Lalafell runing around. :D

Anyone else find something dreadfully wrong with changing a Lalafell's bust? :S

I was thinking the same thing. =P Men in female skins will have the huge busts and actual girls will have otherwise.

That's not 100% correct. I don't plan on playing a female, but I'm more of a smaller bust man my self. =/

There'll be a few exceptions to the rule... Haha, I'll be sure to ask everyone what gender they are in real life. We can start a survey. =P

Still gonna have to look out. Some RP fans out there that will RP a chick. I knew a dude that ERP'd with another dude in WoW. - True Story, brah.

I never said it would be scientifically based, none of that surprises me at all. =P

Nore does it really suprise alot of people i imgain, i mean the amount of time i've been chating to a girl character they sudenly come out with 'oh btw i'm a guy' i just about gave up trying to find a female friend to play with.

Seen a number of threads about that topic on other forums, so my tl;dr opinion on the matter is:

- If they don't explicitly mention their RL gender, don't assume it.
--- Especially comes into play with a game that has single-gender races.
- If they try to explicitly convince you that they're one RL gender, then it's later revealed that they were lying, that's when they're sleezebags.
--- Possible RP exception. But it's only RP if you're on a RP server, or in a RP group. If you're in a group of normal players, then it's called "lying".
- Ventrilo is your friend ;) It's not impossible to fake your voice to sound like the opposite gender, but much harder that typing "I'm a girl teehee ^_~"

Yeh i know, i just wanted a Female friend to play with really, none of the friend in my school had even heard of FF11. So i just wanted someone to chat to i guess bah it was a silly though back then. Today i'm not bothered if a man sits behind the cute face, i still have my imagination.

I totally understand where you're coming from. Work is a total sausagefest so it was nice to have some female friends ingame (yes, just friends... no ulterior motives, I promise). I got burned a few times early on by being a naive MMO noob, but by the time I got into some of my endgame shells, I was able to form some good friendships, as well as (thanks to Ventrilo!) verify RL genders ;p (not that anyone in our shell was lying about that). It's nice to get some female perspective when the office and the game are both flooded with dudes, lol.
